What is wrong on the cisco website for 5 points. (It’s a funny bug!)
Have a look at the Cisco website
Or at this copy if they already fixed it.

I’ve just used Yahoo Pipes for the first time, creating an RSS feed of DZone articles with everything a Web2.0/PHP developer might like to see. Half the articles are about Java or Ruby, so you will have less crap to go through when trying to stay informed.

Today I started the first day of my alternative career. I might not make it in computers, but at least I have my looks :p. So I decided it’s time to give modeling a shot. No enough laughs, basically I helped a friend setting up the lighting in her studio. Though she will make some professional photos of me later on, so keep posted.
But just for all you who always wanted to know what I look like (because I never show a recognizable photo), here it is:

Het gaat kennelijk niet goed in de bankwereld. De oude vertrouwde postbank komt met een mooie aanbieding:

Slechts 750 euro + 1,95 voor een bon van 15 euro, geen geld toch?

The server has gone online, but the website isn’t live yet. There are still some CSS problems with IE, especially in the bug tracker. I’ll have to look at that next week.
Also much of the content is still a stub and the downloads are fake as well. The deadline is the 21st of may, so that should be a problem.
If you want to have a look already go to http://developer.javeline.net (use Firefox).

Einstein, Javeline / Ajax.org, PHP
I’ve just finished with the bug tracker for the new development center of Javeline based on flyspray. Don’t let the crappy website of flyspray turn you down, because the software is actually quite good.
I did have to modify it quite a bit, to make the style match that of the website and (more important) make it anonymous-user friendly.
The developer center is not online yet, but keep watching this blog and you’ll know the minute is goes live. If you need any of the changes I made to flyspray, which haven’t made it into the main distro, like captcha or a ‘new task’ button when ‘all projects’ is selected, just write me an e-mail.

Well I managed to send something in around 20.00 saterday. Unfortunatly I wan’t able to put the dots on the i, because my friends already expected me at 18.00. I’ve noticed that others have put way more effort in it that me (I only programmed for about 9 hours). That probably diminisches my chances on winning a prize, but that ok. It’s a nice little project and I’m pleased with it.
The project shows off how easy it is to do simple ajax stuff with Javeline Teleport and how nice you can add functionality to your pages using the output buffer. To my opinion it’s one the most unappriciated features of PHP.
Have a look at the project at http://llama.adaniels.nl.
